Tom began his career as the General Manager of Tanglwood Ski Area in 1988. His passion for the mountains and skiing led him to Avon, Colorado in 1995 where he worked as the Assistant Superintendent for Mendel-Allison Construction and then as Project Manager for Vail Resorts from 1997-2003. 

Tom moved to Park City, Utah in 2003 to work for Talisker Deer Valley as the Director of Community Associations. As such, he directed all aspects of Homeowner Association Management for Tuhaye, Red Cloud and Empire Pass associations. He interfaced with developers, property owners, contractors, architects and government officials. Tom also managed design and architectural review boards, property inspections, and development regulations. He oversaw all road maintenance, snow removal, landscaping, and security. 

Tom became the Ranch Manager for Wolf Creek Ranch in 2008. He directs the operation of this 14,000 acre exclusive, gated ranch community. He is responsible for all facets of operating the community including security, property and facilities maintenance. He oversees 20 staff and sources and manages all contractors. He interfaces with the owners, board members, contractors, and local county agencies for building, planning and land oversight. He creates and implements the 1.5 million dollar annual budget and is responsible for improving Wolf Creek Ranch's assets through the management of annual Capital Projects from conception to completion.  He serves on the community board committees including Architectural Technical, Environmental and Trails, and Board of Trustees. 

Tom's knowledge and experience of land management, community management, building and construction is extensive. His ability to communicate and work with people is exemplary and his personality reflects the mountains that he loves - strong, peaceful, determined, and cheerful. 


Lori Harward-Cartwright

In 2001, Lori discovered her passion, mountain bike racing, which re-defined her future and career. She attained her USA Cycling Coach certification in 2004 and began coaching in addition to mountain and road-bike racing.

In 2011, Lori began the extraordinary work of submitting a bid to National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) and brought interscholastic cycling to the state of Utah, becoming the Founder and Executive Director of the Utah High School Cycling League, a 501(c)3 nonprofit and affiliate league of NICA.

Lori's business development and strategic planning abilities led to unprecedented success and national history-making accomplishments for the Utah League, the largest league in the country; while innovating and implementing new projects and programs that addressed business and stakeholder needs to successfully navigate 868% growth in 6 years.

As the director, Lori oversaw the development of interscholastic cycling teams/clubs for grades 7 – 12. She oversaw and provided the education, training, and licensing for over 1650 volunteer coaches. Oversaw all annual events and conferences, including 9 races, 35 coach licensing and training conferences, 3 student leadership development conferences, student skills camps, fundraising events, and End-of-Season Awards & Banquet. Lori provided a high-quality mountain bike racing experience for over 3100 students; and directed 9 of the largest races in NICA history, while overseeing 4 full-time staff, 30-50 event staff, and over 200 volunteers.

Lori directed all business operations including website design, insurance, business licensing and registration, legal compliance, budgeting, and employee management. She interfaced with the national governing body and her local board. She developed and successfully fulfilled all annual strategic plans, the business vision, objectives and messaging. Most importantly, under Lori's direction, the Utah League consistently had one of the lowest injury rates in the country.

Lori brings her business experience and reputation for reliability and professionalism to Edelweiss and takes great delight in providing excellent service and care in maintaining and managing your estate or home.
